place your order. This sustainable model helps reduce overproduction and ensures every item is
created uniquely for you.
Because each product is made individually, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to
reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preference.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll happily replace it or issue a
refund.
To report an issue: - Contact us at support@ecovougelifestyles.com within 30 days of delivery. -
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. - Once verified, a replacement or
refund will be processed promptly.
Please note: - Returns for size, fit, or color variation cannot be accepted. - Lost-in-transit orders are
replaced after verification with the shipping carrier. - Refunds (if approved) are processed back to
your original payment method.
