Cancellation & Exchange Policy Since each product is custom-made, orders cannot be canceled
or modified once production has begun.
If you wish to cancel or change something, please contact us at support@ecovougelifestyles.com
within 12 hours of placing your order. If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to assist you.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or with a printing error. We do
not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or style changes once production has started.
